Are you a creature of habit?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 04, 2008:
In some ways I am, but in others not so much. Habits can be either positive or negative, the key is knowing, which to keep, which to release, and which to create. A couple of years ago I chose to create the habit of early waking and exercise, while letting go of my habit of reaching for sugar when I needed a "lift". As a result my energy levels balanced out and my body became healthier. Some habits can make us feel imprisoned, while others give us a sense of being grounded and in control. It's all about choice and balance.
