The best gift is the blessing that the divine deems best to bestow upon me. I can never guess what it will be from year to year, because the universe is full of wonderful surprises. It just seems to be designed that way, because the universe is so wonderfully creative. Oh, and they are so fun that way. I love surprise blessings.

Are you a creature of habit?

In some ways I am, but in others not so much.  Habits can be either positive or negative, the key is knowing, which to keep, which to release, and which to create.  A couple of years ago I chose to create the habit of early waking and exercise, while letting go of my habit of reaching for sugar when I needed a "lift". As a result my energy levels balanced out and my body became healthier. Some habits can make us feel imprisoned, while others give us a sense of being grounded and in control. It's all about choice and balance.

How do you define integrity?

People with integrity act  honor even through trying and chaotic events. They act in the best interest of mankind, even if it means personal suffering to oneself.  The are noble and self sacrifices, warrior for the truth, warrior of love.

When do you feel most important?

During those moments when I'm in union with the divine. When I most strongly feel the workings of the universe around and within me. That's when I know my importance and the role that I play, that we all play in this world.

What are you addicted to?

Fat

Like most Americans I'm addicted to sugar and caffeine.  For several years it was a literally a big problem for me, but I finally have it under control, most of the time anyway. I have to be very careful though or it will start consuming me whether than the other way around. This is a picture of me over 50lbs ago before empowered myself and broke free of my addiction.
